Iceland

From the stunning waterfalls to the Blue Lagoon, Iceland's harsh landscape is tempered by human ingenuity and proper gear. Dakota born and bred as my mom and I are, was helpful in winds so strong it blew the waterfall backward, and made it difficult to stand upright, while at the same time feeling calm with a crater. Iceland felt like another planet that we must return to in the future. Seeing perfectly without lights at midnight was surreal, and made for long days full of memories. Pickleball is just developing here, yet as everywhere, as it takes root, it grows stronger.
