Corporate Pickleball Retreats

You focus on your team. I handle the travel planning.

If you’re an HR professional, executive assistant, office manager, or the person tasked with organizing a company retreat, you already have a full workload. Comparing destinations, finding enough rooms, managing a budget, and answering everyone’s travel questions can quickly become another job. That’s where I come in.

I work with you to build an all-inclusive pickleball retreat around your company’s goals, preferred dates, and budget. You guide the experience you want for your team; I help coordinate the travel details that make it happen.

Less Planning on Your Plate

You know your team and what makes a successful retreat. I bring firsthand destination knowledge, resort relationships, and experience organizing group travel. As a full-service travel agency, Pickleball Travel® can help with:

  • Resort selection and group pricing: comparing destinations, room options, availability, and current promotions against your budget.
  • Contracts, reservations, and payments: coordinating the booking process and keeping track of key travel deadlines.
  • Team communications: preparing trip information and materials you can share with employees.
  • Travel arrangements: helping with flights, airport transfers, and travel protection if desired.
  • Pickleball and group activities: arranging court time, exploring coaching options, and balancing organized activities with free time.

You have one travel-planning contact, so you can focus on your colleagues and your company’s priorities.

Group Pricing and Company Benefits

I compare resort offers, group contracts, and available promotions to find strong value for your team. My commission relationships with resorts and suppliers allow me to offer personal planning support while seeking competitive pricing. I’ll explain what is included and any separately priced services before you commit.

Depending on the resort, dates, number of rooms booked, and contract terms, your group may qualify for complimentary accommodations, room upgrades, resort credits, or other group amenities. We’ll review the available benefits together and how they can support your company’s retreat budget, including a host room where offered. Benefits are confirmed in the group agreement.

Coaching and special activities can be included in your proposal as separate items, so you can see the full cost and choose what works for your team.

How It Works

  1. Tell me about your team. Share an approximate headcount, possible dates, budget, rooming needs, and the purpose of your retreat. Early ideas are welcome.
  2. Compare your options. I’ll help assess resorts, group rates, court access, and any meeting-space or activity needs.
  3. Confirm the plan. We agree on the arrangements, inclusions, group benefits, and booking terms. Court reservations and any private-use arrangements are confirmed in writing with the venue.
  4. Bring your team together. I coordinate travel bookings and help organize the details, while you focus on hosting your colleagues.

Destinations to Consider

Two of my top Caribbean resort choices are Sandals Jamaica South Coast and Sandals Curaçao. Because Sandals caters to couples, I’ll review your team’s rooming requirements and the resort’s policies before recommending a fit. I can also arrange other all-inclusive resorts based on your group’s needs.

For a domestic retreat, consider The Fort in Fort Lauderdale, paired with local accommodations and group activities. Watch my video about The Fort.

Everyone Can Be Part of the Getaway

Your team doesn’t need to be made up of experienced pickleball players. We can discuss beginner-friendly coaching, casual play, and options for nonplayers. Golf, tennis, and other activities can also be considered when choosing your destination.

Plan With Gary

I’m Gary Zins, founder of Pickleball Travel® and a PPR-certified pickleball coach at The Fort. My firsthand resort visits and group-planning experience help me look beyond the rooms to how the retreat will work for your team—and make your job as the organizer easier.

Tell me your company’s name, approximate group size, and any dates or destinations you have in mind. You don’t need a finalized plan to get started.
