You know your members and the experience you want to create. I help turn that idea into a trip, from comparing resorts and group rates to coordinating contracts, reservations, and payments. I also help with promotional materials, court arrangements, and group activities. A full-service travel agency, Pickleball Travel can handle the full gamut of travel arrangements, from flights to insurance if desired.
You can focus on bringing your members together and leading the on-court experience. If you would like additional coaching, we can discuss coach options and availability.
How It Works
- Tell me about your club. Share your approximate group size, preferred dates, budget, and interests. Early ideas are welcome.
- Choose the right getaway. We compare resorts and consider court access, accommodations, dining, and options for non-players.
- Invite your members. Once the arrangements and booking terms are confirmed, I help with materials you can share and coordinate member reservations.
- Enjoy time together. We plan a balance of pickleball, shared experiences, and free time, with the details agreed before departure.

Depending on the resort, number of rooms booked, and group terms, the hosting director or club professional may qualify for complimentary accommodation or other group benefits. I’ll help you understand what is available for your specific trip before you promote it to members.

Do we need a confirmed group before contacting you?
No. An approximate headcount and a few possible dates are enough to begin. Group requirements and benefits vary by resort and booking terms.
Can our own professional lead the pickleball?
Yes, we can plan around your club professional, and collect coaching fees from members to be given to the coach, if desired.
Can spouses and non-players join?
Absolutely. We’ll consider their interests when choosing the resort and planning the schedule.
Is private court time guaranteed?
Yes, and court availability will be conveyed for your dates before presenting them as part of the trip.
